I am unfortunately running a bit behind this week. I've got a retro-view partially completed, but I will have to wait and load that later today or tomorrow. For now, here is a tale from Jungle Comics #35 (Nov.1942); originally published by Fiction House. Writer Ed Hunt and artist Al Walker serve up a tale of the King of Beasts.
Simba is accompanied by his native friend, Boko as the jungle pair face off against a rampaging ape who has unnerved the local population of baboons. We all have those kind of crummy experiences from time to time.
The Catacombs is grateful to Don "Zu-Gogo" Falkos for providing the scans for this story. Note: The copyright for this issue, its contents and artwork belong to the original publisher and/or creators and is reproduced here solely for entertainment purposes.
Enjoy!
